The Opportunity As a Digital Acquisition Specialist for Gamewise (Delaware North's online gaming venture), you will grow the online sportsbook and iCasino customer base by establishing, tracking, optimizing, and accelerating growth across all channels. This includes defining audience targeting, campaign development, A/B testing, results analysis, and improving future campaigns based on past performance. This is a remote role that also has option to be based in our new Miami office headquarters.Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $49000 - $64900 / yearThe advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position.   • Manage the entirety of acquisition campaign cycles including creation of ads, testing, spend forecasting, deployment, and post analysis.
  • Consistently runs, measures, and reacts to A/B testing results for creative.
  • Analyzes and optimizes all acquisition efforts across all digital channels including SEM, social media, native ads, content syndication, and display advertising campaigns
  • Plan, monitor and track all acquisition efforts to an established budget.
  • Collaborate with internal and external marketing stakeholders on ideation and execution of campaigns to acquire online sportsbook and iCasino customers.
  • Regularly performs tracking and analysis on the performance of acquisition efforts; can provide meaningful storytelling to reviewing stakeholders.
  • Manage digital agency and contractor relationships to maximize impact of budget and resources.
  • Stays apprised of industry best practice, new media/channel opportunities, evolving engagement tactics, and creative trends. Qualifications
    • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing performance acquisition.
    • Demonstrated aptitude for campaign reporting and insights.
    • Four to five years of hands-on experience in managing performance advertising with firm cost per acquisition and lifetime value targets such as Adwords, Facebook Advertising, Google Content Network, and the like.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, content acquisition, and Google Analytics.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to think and communicate creatively, thoughtfully, and on your feet with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.
