The Shift Lead is responsible for working hands-on with crew members, while assisting and supporting our management teams in the daily operations of our restaurants, including openings and closings during weekdays and weekends. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.Ensure that assigned staff has reported to their scheduled shifts; document any late or absent employees.Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.Creating effective schedules and quickly resolving conflicts.Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.Working with diverse personalities both on the staff and patrons.Someone with a friendly, enthusiastic attitudeSomeone that loves to help and serve others (both guests and team members) Requirements: Requirements:High school diploma requiredBachelor's degree in Hospitality is a plus2 plus years of restaurant management or Lead experience.Ability to act independently and make accurate decisionsExcellent computer, problem-solving, and customer service skills.Must have or be able to take a food safety class, for responsible food handling practices.Ability to stand continuously and perform job functions for a full shift.You must be able to stand for extended periods and push/pull/lift 30+ pounds.You need to be able to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
