Campaign Inbox is seeking an -Executive Assistant to join our fast-growing team, based out of Orlando, FL. This position is remote but may require travel as needed.Campaign Inbox is a young, agile startup looking for an Executive Assistant with an interest in digital marketing. The ideal candidate is versatile, responsible, self-starter motivated by building successful marketing channels. Job Responsibilities:

Management of complex calendars and schedulesServe as the point of contact between the President and both internal and external requestsCoordinate travel arrangementsAssist with the executive's personal errands and travelPull reports from various CRMs and analyze trends using tools like Microsoft ExcelMaintain a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
-Requirements:

Ability to manage and shift between multiple high priorities and projects at onceStrong knowledge of Microsoft ExcelPrevious experience working in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized and detail-orientedExcellent oral and written communication skillsAgency experience is a plus
