• Develops and coordinates advertising
• Conducts cold calls and information meetings
• Reviews applications, medical examinations and references
• Represents the company at job fairs, promotional presentations, and other events to recruit foster parents
• Conducts foster parent orientation, home study evaluations and pre-service orientation and training
• Assists the program in "client match" meetings.
• Compiles and submits foster parent licensing application packets
• Develops and maintains professional alliances and relationships that will serve to help recruiting efforts.Am I a good fit? -
  • Comfortable traveling throughout coverage area of Miami-Dade County
  • Candidate will exude a passion for serving vulnerable individuals and families
  • Ability to manage time well and work independently
  • Ability to recruit and train foster parentsQualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in human services, marketing, or business
    • Foster Parent Recruitment and Licensing - 1 year (preferred)
    • Child Welfare Certification (required)
    • Marketing experience -
    • Access to reliable transportation adhering to all FL Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver's license)This is a full time position in Miami-Dade CountyHealth Connect America is a multi-state, community mental health, behavioral health, family preservation, and therapeutic foster care services provider.
