In a highly competitive market, we are dedicated to bringing creative and forward-thinking strategies to help our clients stand out in the crowd. -About the Job -The Communications Specialist at Wealth Matters Consulting will be responsible for assisting with the creation and execution of effective communication campaigns, managing email marketing campaigns, and assisting with social media. -This individual will collaborate with Account Managers to draft, edit, proofread and facilitate the publication of our clients' external communications. This includes planning and partnering internally on design assets, multi-media production and digital deployment as well packaging up assets for review. - -Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers with execution of communication strategies
  • Write, edit and facilitate web content to promote commentaries, videos, webinars, etc. produced by Wealth Matters clients
  • Create and manage electronic and print communications, from inception to completion, including emails and client content pieces (white papers, blogs, investment updates, pitch-books, website content, etc.)
  • Review, edit and proofread content and communications prior to deployment
  • Collaborate with the creative and social media teams to ensure that messaging is consistent across all communication channels
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication and email campaigns, making recommendations for improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and best practices, implementing new strategies as needed
  • Assist in other marketing and communication projects as assigned -About You
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related business field
    • 2+ years of experience in communication, email marketing or a related field
    • Experience with email marketing tools such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot and Salesforce
    • Strong writing and editing skills, with a diligent proofreading ability and a deep commitment to accuracy. Writing samples required.
    • Experience in managing email marketing platforms and campaigns
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and cross-functional teams
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
    • Effective time management in a professional setting
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
    • Experience in the finance/investment industry is a plus -Benefits
