Description:Personal Injury Law Firm: Client Specialist
GOLDLAW seeks a highly skilled sales and conversion expert with great compassion and empathy. The ideal candidate is driven by a desire to establish trust with prospective personal injury clients and to help them choose our law firm over others to represent them for their case.Fundamentally, we're seeking a compassionate closer.As a New Client Specialist, you are the first impression of our law firm to prospective clients. Your daily focus is helping those injured through no fault of their own or those who lost a loved one in a tragic incident obtain legal representation.You must have a sense of urgency to quickly respond to inquiries, and you should demonstrate compassion and patience with prospective clients who don't understand their legal rights, how personal injury claims work, or how to get medical treatment without having to pay money up front.If you possess these qualities and experience described above, apply now. You'll rise to the top of the applicant pile if you've worked for a personal injury law firm before or used case management software, such as Filevine or a similar platform to enter and maintain client files. While these experiences are preferred, they are not required.

The New Client Specialist is full-time, in-office position with generous insurance benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision. GOLDLAW also provides paid federal holidays and three weeks of paid time off.The base rate of pay is between $22/hour ($45,760 per year) and $26/hour ($54,080), but it could be more, depending on prior experience and skills. This role provides opportunities to earn considerable quarterly bonuses based on performance and success.
Client Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and qualify prospective clients' claims to see if they meet our criteria to become a client.
  • Identify and guide qualified prospective clients through a quick process to become new clients.
  • Speak with prospective clients referred to us by another law firm, a medical provider, family, friends, mass media, or numerous other referral sources.
  • Complete necessary digital documents for the onboarding and signup of new cases.
  • Perform administrative tasks for your team as assigned by a supervisor.
  • Meet the team's weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual case sign-up goals.
  • Be available to speak with prospective clients on the team's after-hours mobile phone (between 5 to 10 p.m. weeknights and between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekends) on a weekly paid rotation schedule shared by all New Client Specialists.PM22Requirements:Client Specialist Requirements:
    • Superior phone conversation skills with a delivery that is clear, reassuring, and warm.
    • Minimum 3 years of sales experience and sales training.
    • Prior intake department or Call Center experience is a plus.
    • Excellent written communication skills, including grammar and spelling.
    • Highly proficient using Microsoft Office software to create, edit, and send documents.
    • Customer service experience.
    • A tendency to be proactive vs. reactive when faced with problems or challenges.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Spanish speaking is a plus.
