We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Manager who is fluent in Spanish, proficient in C# coding, and possesses a strong background in working with companies in the financial services sector, particularly in trading or investing. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of database technologies, excellent understanding of SQL, and possess front-end development skills. As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing complex IT projects within our organization.Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones and objectives are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, providing regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Apply project management methodologies and best practices to ensure successful project execution and quality delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve potential risks, and proactively manage any changes in project scope or requirements.
• Conduct project evaluations and post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement innovative solutions, leveraging C# coding skills and front-end development expertise.
• Utilize strong knowledge of database technologies and SQL to support data management and integration requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the organization.Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within the financial services industry, with a focus on trading or investing.
• Strong proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
• Advanced coding skills in C# and solid understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• In-depth knowledge of database technologies and experience working with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with financial systems, trading platforms, or investment management tools is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
