Maintain knowledge of Insurance requirements, Baptist Health pricing, financial assistance options and overall BHSF Revenue Cycle. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining knowledge and deployment of practices used within the department as well as throughout the hospital to address patient questions or concerns. Estimated pay range for this position is $15.42 - $18.66 / hour depending on experience.Qualifications:Degrees:

Additional Qualifications:
Must have experience with computer applications and accurate typing skills. Experience in Electronic Medical Record system and Medical Terminology preferred (written and oral). Knowledge of insurance contracts, collections, authorizations and precertification. Understanding of the Medicare coverage structure, including Medical Necessity compliance guidelines. Knowledge of HealthCare regulatory guidelines to include but not limited to HIPAA, AHCA, EMTALA, etc. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high volume department.
