Job Description:

Job Title: Passenger Bus OperatorWe are seeking an experienced Passenger Bus Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience operating passenger buses and must be willing to work flexible hours, including local runs based on a shift schedule and Over-the-Road charter trips (with per diem). We will consider CDL holders without passenger endorsement, but preference will be given to those who have the endorsement. Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.Responsibilities:

• Operate passenger buses in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers
• Maintain a clean and orderly bus
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus
• Report any issues or defects to the maintenance team
• Maintain accurate records and logs
• Follow company policies and proceduresRequirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience operating passenger buses
  • CDL holder preferred, but not required (will consider CDL holder without passenger endorsement)
  • Must be able to pass an extensive background check
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work both local runs based on a shift schedule and Over-the-Road charter trips (with per diem)
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must have excellent communication skills
