Develops and prepares film for interpretation, maintains patient and departmental records, maintains supplies and equipment. Performs other related duties. Qualifications/Requirements Education Graduate of a Radiologic Technology Program Required licensures/certifications ARRT registered in good standing CT Certification ARRT Current State of Florida License Current BLS CertificationSkills and AbilitiesExcellent Customer Service Skills in order to project a positive image of the department and hospital. ExperienceMust have a good working knowledge of anatomy, understand principles of physics, electricity, and methods of exposure to obtain clearly defined radiographs; and be able to set up and operate CAT Scan equipment. Must have working knowledge of equipment that will be used in a modern Radiology Department. Must know how to process radiographs. Should have sufficient knowledge of psychology, patient care, and sterile technique to deal with all types of conditions of patients.
