Join our highly collaborative and dynamic team.We are looking for an experienced -Architectural Drafter -with at least ten -years of work experience -to join our growing team in Miami, Florida. You should have experience in all aspects of creating detailed drawings, including technical details for interiors. If you are eager to push your technical skills and coordination talent to the limit and grow alongside our team, this job is right for you.Responsibilities

• Create the most detailed and consistent 2D shop drawings and architectural drawings for interior design projects
• Work on the small scale of an individual object to the large scale of entire residential developments
• Prepare both rough drafts and detailed and sophisticated work with CAD systems for review
• Follow specifications and calculations to create architectural drawings for construction, millwork, and furniture -
• Prepare, review, and redraft design sketches from our designers
• Identify and communicate potential inconsistencies in the designs to the rest of the team
• Impress our clients with your detailed and flawless work product
• Work on multiple projects at the same time and maintain deadlines
• Communicate effectively with our designers and project managers, and incorporate knowledge gained into drawings
• Seek continuing professional developmentRequirements & Work Experience
  • Legally able to work in the US -
  • Show extensive portfolio of own work
  • Have an industry-recognized diploma or degree in Architecture or another relevant field
  • Able to understand and formulate design decisions and present them for discussion
  • Able to generate solutions for proposed designs
  • Able to manage and prioritize tasks and time effectively, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Able to take initiative in response to direction or instruction
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
  • Is flexible and open to new ways of working and committed to continuous skill development
  • Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
  • Willingness to listen and learn from all members of the team
