    Responsibilities:
    - Develops, in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Director, sourcing, attraction and recruitment tactics to meet staffing, operational and organizational strategic needs.
    - Works to ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the talent acquisition continuum from application, interview, to onboarding stage. Identifies areas of improvement and provides solutions that align with operational excellence and outstanding customer experience.
    - Responsible for training of new staff, and serving as a resource and mentor.
    - Strives to continuously identify process improvement opportunities, and develops plans that drive results that contribute to the success of the Talent Acquisition function.
    - Serves as a resource to Talent Acquisition Coordinators to ensure a successful and positive new hire transition. Provides consultation and guidance to the TA coordinators as needed.
    - Prioritizes and allocates assignments for the TA Coordinators, following best practices, and providing necessary training and mentorship.
    - Ensures compliance of the onboarding process. Monitors task completion in adherence of organizational policies, as well as other federal and state requirements, i.e. Joint Commission, background criminal guidelines, licensing/certification requirements, etc.
    - Partners with the TA Director to address onboarding issues, and come up with resolutions.
    - Trains new staff, partners with key stakeholders to develop standards of practice, and educational material for the TA team as well as hiring managers.
    - Identifies learning gaps and works to develop training as needed, maintaining operational excellence and customer service standards.
    - Participates in training and development projects, facilitates informational sessions for new tools and processes.
    - Evaluates the qualifications of applicants, recruits, interviews, and makes offers.
    - Stays abreast of latest recruiting trends and activities, for the benefit of all supported units.
    - Creates job postings that are accurate and promote the MSMC brand to attract top talent. Places these posting on all appropriate sites/media.
    - Builds and maintains solid relationships with hiring managers. Maintains visible presence and has regular meetings with all customers.
    - Upon the receipt of staffing requisitions, contacts the appropriate hiring manager and completes a thorough Intake Meeting to include the open position's requirements, recruitment strategy, and Service Level Agreement.
    - Utilizes the ATS and the Open Job Report to track candidates and workflow of open positions, updating information accurately and on time.
    - Build and maintains solid relations with new hires, providing support through the on-boarding process and the transition throughout the probationary period and beyond.
    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field requirement.
    • 3 to 5 years of hands-on, full-cycle recruitment experience. Experience partnering with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to attract, recruit and hire top talent. Experience in continuous improvement tools preferred. Experience in a lead, supervising and/or training role preferred.
