Responsibilities for this QuickBooks Accounting Clerk job include but are not limited to:

  Manage entry of all timesheets for staff on projects.

  Manage invoices for all projects.
  
  
• 
  Manage entry of all processed checks.
  
  
  Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this job:

  • 
    Bilingual, English/Spanish
    
    
  • 
    Experience in QuickBooks
    
    
  • 
    Construction experience would be a plus
