Are you one of them? About the roleThe Product Development Lead for the US market will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our property management software solutions. The role holder will own the product vision, ongoing customer needs assessment, prioritization and drive the continuous development of roadmaps and related execution together with the development teams. An important first task is to survey the current projects and main systems and tools used by the group, to identify where the most value will be created. Key areas of focus are both internal and external US customer experience and leveraging data to deliver value to our property managers and residents/owners. As the property management industry is going to transform and digitize over the coming 5 -10 years, it will also be critical to leverage experience from other industries that have been transformed. A strong focus on "build vs buy/license" to accelerate value delivery and innovation will also be key. As the leader of the US market product stream, close collaboration with the commercial and operational teams in the US market is critical to ensure maximal business outcomes from product development while driving internal efficiency of operational processes that underpins a highly scalable US property management platform. As a member of the Odevo Group Product Management team, the US Product Development Lead will play a central role as the product owner and ambassador of one of the strategic product lines in the Group. The role holder will participate in, and influence strategic roadmaps and architectural runway planning for the group and participating to analyzing cross market opportunities and synergies. Making strong and compelling cases for investments in the US market will be essential, as well as active participation in optimizing the overall product portfolio to deliver competitive propositions to customers. This is a role in an early-stage technology environment that will grow significantly over the next couple of years. You will be joining our US journey to drive the development of a specific product stream with an outsourced development team, and at the same time be part of designing and executing the multi-year growth plan. In parallel to this work with by scaling the development organization and assessing the broader product and systems landscape. Willingness to work "big and small", from strategy to daily team interactions, in an entrepreneurial atmosphere is key to success.Who you are

  • Master's degree preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience as a product owner in a fast-growing SaaS business.
  • Experience from the property management industry is a clear plus but not a requirement
  • In-depth understanding of customer research and discovery
  • Good grasp of how to consolidate and manage a product P/L
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative and innovative thinker Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee will be required lift objects up to 25 lbs. Location, Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time exempt position at the Doral Corporate Headquarters, located in Miami, Florida. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company Travel Travel will be required to attend company meetings and trainings, as well as visits with clients through the US.
