Job Description:

Our client, an online advertising service, is seeking a Personal Assistant to the CEO in their Miami, FL office. The hours are 9am - 5pm and they are in office 5 days a week.Responsibilities:Provide seamless personal and professional support to the CEOEnsure CEO is updated on active projects, emails, mail, and other correspondenceManage CEO's property in Miami; liaise with vendors/contractors and manage staffAssist with office management dutiesAssist with preparation and execution of personal events and activities Qualifications:3+ years' experience in a personal assistant roleDriver's License and personal vehicle requiredMust be comfortable caring for a dogMotivated and proactive work style; strong written and verbal communication skillsImpeccable attention to detail; ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretionCompensation/Benefits:Up to $110K base depending on experience + bonus Medical, dental, and vision benefits with small employee contributionFree parkingFree lunch dailyBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
