Job Description:
A company is looking for a Navigation Supervisor to lead a team
in enhancing member experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee contact center strategies and performance metrics to ensure
service excellence
Promote a teamwork environment and drive staff development through
coaching and mentoring
Analyze performance data to identify trends and implement proactive
solutions for improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work
experience
Proven leadership experience in a service environment, preferably
in a contact center
Experience in the healthcare benefits/insurance industry is a
strong plus
Demonstrated experience in staff development and performance
management
Strong technology skills, particularly with Microsoft products
