**Client Liaison ? Disability Claims** **Description** **Job Summary** You have an amazingopportunity to work with one of the biggest insurance organizations in theworld. As a Client Liaison, you willresponsible for the coordination and administration of the LOA and Disabilityprocess between Zurich and our external partners. This external facing positionworks closely with the claim operations manager, benefits team and functions asa liaison between internal and external customers. You will be developing anddelivering customer-specific value-added services for existing and new largecustomers in order to build customer awareness of the organization?s ValueProposition. **Keyfunctions and expected experience:** * Servesas primary contact for clients in person and telephonically to ensure timelyreporting and resolution of day to day issues * Providewritten and verbal updates regarding leave and disability status updates toemployees, managers and HR that detail the status of their leave applicationand leave implications (pay, benefits, return to work, etc.). * Manageand maintain positive client relationships through service delays and qualityissues * Identifytrends, research root cause of service and IT issues and/or delays. * Provideinput and recommendations during meetings and providing weekly updates andreports to the leadership team * Strategizeand partner with leadership team to continually improve operational performance * Provideguidance in interpreting leave and disability policies, including pertinentfederal and state leave laws for employees, managers, and HR * In-depthknowledge of Family Medical Leave Act, California Family Rights Act, and otherapplicable laws, as well as institutional leave policies **JobQualifications** Basic Qualifications: * BachelorsDegree and 5 or more years of experience in the Claims or Underwritingarea OR * High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in theClaims or Underwriting area AND * Experience working with commercial customers * Experience in addressing customer needs Preferred Qualifications: * CPCU * Knowledge of Risk Management Information Systems **Additional Information** Imagine working for a company that truly cares about theiremployees, customers, stakeholders, and communities they serve.
