large-scale branded and transaction-led events in over a dozen
specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed live and
on-demand B2B events where industries convene and people gather to

year-round online platforms where companies showcase their
businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating
valuable leads. Job Description This role is based in our Fort
Lauderdale, Sarasota or Orlando office. The Digital Marketing
Specialist is a highly motivated, creative, and performance-driven
marketer with a passion for digital growth and measurable outcomes.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, as the Digital Marketing
Specialist, you are responsible for attendee and exhibitor digital
campaign execution across email, web, and social media channels in
support of South Florida Ventures events. You will play a key role
in the delivery and success of paid and owned-channel digital
campaigns and initiatives that support marketing objectives,
including acquisition and lead generation, awareness, retention and
engagement, conversion, revenue, and other marketing and content
objectives as necessary. The day-to-day focus may vary, from
supporting strategic planning and campaign development to hands-on
execution, optimization, cross-functional coordination, and
performance reporting. Role Accountability and Duties: Assist with
execution of paid digital campaigns, including interfacing with
external agencies and vendors to provide needed assets, links,
tracking codes, etc., and to ensure campaigns are on schedule and
budget Working with the Marketing Manager, and Sr. Director or
Marketing, develop social media and email strategies and timelines
Manage programmatic advertising campaigns, including audience
targeting, creative deployment, budget pacing, and performance
tracking Deploy geofencing campaigns based on strategic needs and
location-based targeting Execution of social media planning and
content, including interfacing with PR agency on influencer
marketing tactics Manage Google Performance Max and other paid
media platforms to maximize ROI and optimize budget allocation
Coordinate campaign trafficking with agencies/vendors (creative
specs, links/UTMs, pixels, conversion events, launch readiness)
Execute end-to-end emails campaigns, from initiating the design to
testing, deploying and pulling reports Monitor digital ad
performance and provide insights/recommendations to improve CTR,
CVR, CPA/CPL, ROAS, and funnel progression Support retargeting and
audience segmentation strategies to improve conversion rates and
lower acquisition costs At the direction of the Marketing Manager,
make updates to the website and work with external agency on
completing any structural updates and additions to the site Work
with creative team on development and delivery of needed campaign
materials; ensuring copy and creatives are consistent in brand
look, feel, and voice Plan and execute social media content across
platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), including
live/onsite coverage as needed Partner with creative teams to
develop digital assets and ensure copy/creative are consistent with
brand voice and visual standards Support paid brand sponsorship
digital campaigns and partner deliverables across digital
placements Write clear, targeted, conversion-oriented marketing
copy for digital channels Ensure campaign and social
tracking/reporting is delivered on schedule; produce post-campaign
reports and optimization recommendations Manage digital marketing
budgets including spend tracking, invoice coding, reconciliation,
and reporting Support the execution of any paid brand sponsorship
digital campaigns Actively contribute creative ideas for new
campaigns, customer / segment targeting, and owned-channel
optimization based on past campaign performance, current trends,
best practices, and understanding of marketing and business
objectives Write creative, impactful, and targeted marketing copy
Reporting and analysis: Ensure tracking and reporting on all
campaigns and social media efforts are delivered on schedule;
manage post campaign report creation Provide budgetary support
including billing, coding of invoices, reconciliation, and tracking
Attend all South Florida Ventures events to manage social channels
and provide onsite supports as needed Provide support to Marketing
Manager and marketing team on additional/other initiatives and
projects as needed Qualifications 4 years of hands-on experience in
digital marketing and campaign execution (B2B and/or events
marketing preferred) Strong understanding of digital marketing
tactics with emphasis on paid media, social, email, and website
performance Proven experience managing brand social media accounts
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) Experience executing
multichannel digital marketing campaigns across paid owned channels
with consistent measurement practices Experience using email
deployment systems and marketing automation platforms Google
Analytics (GA4) expertise, including conversion/event tracking
understanding GA4 dashboard creation and management for website and
campaign performance reporting Adobe Analytics expertise (desired)
including analysis workflows and dashboard/report creation
StackAdapt management and expertise (programmatic planning,
targeting, creative deployment, optimization) Google Performance
Max expertise (desired) including campaign structure, asset best
practices, and budget optimization Working knowledge of Jira or
Monday.com for project management is desired, applying agile
principles to marketing execution AEM and ESA frames knowledge,
including forms/frames creation, management, and updates
Website/CMS experience and basic HTML knowledge (WordPress or
similar CMS experience is a plus) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or
related field An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to take projects
and run with them Strong written and verbal communication skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated and adapts to changing situations and
requirements Proven ability to work cross-functionally with
internal and external partners to achieve objectives Interest in
beauty, beauty experience and understanding of industry a plus
Experience interfacing with external agencies Ability to analyze
and interpret data and create reports used to provide insight to
key stakeholders Fluency in Spanish is desired. Fluency in

this role is $64,000- $72,000 based on experience. This posting
