After two years of careful foundation-building and proof of concept, we’re ready to scale — and we’re looking for an experienced marketing and sales professional to help us grow. Position Overview We’re hiring a Growth Architect (Marketing Manager / Sales & Growth Director) — a hands-on, results-driven professional with 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM management, and sales strategy . You’ll develop and lead online marketing campaigns, sales funnels, lead generation systems, and data-driven growth strategies that attract and convert new business opportunities. This position offers career growth into a Director of Growth and Marketing role as we expand our team.
