Job Description:

Duties And Responsibilities* Prepare daily task sheet and checklists of to do items relating to bank accounts and new businesses; while assisting the internal control and accounting teams.* Review and reconcile daily balances, ledgers and online accounts* Assist senior treasury and accountants with day to day functions in normal business operations* Assist with the development of internal controls policies and procedures* Enthusiastic and willing to roll up sleeves to helpSkills / Knowledge / Abilities* Organized and detail orientated.* Ability to communicate well on current processes and pipelines.* Ability to multi-task projects, day-to-day work and ad hoc requests that come upEducation And Experience* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred* 2+ years of experience with managing and reconciling accounts and excel sheets* Prior experience in trade management experience a plus* Prior experience in managing securitization style credit facilities for loans and other assets classes a plus* Prior experience in litigation finance a plus* AP/AR experience* Managing cash, checks, deposit and ledgers* Accounting systems: Wires, payables and money transfers* Background in Financial Services, banking, finance and/or accounting* Filing, organization and process management experienceCERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES* No minimum requirements.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
