With operations in Australia, NZ, UK/Ireland and the US, we offer field service businesses a leading software solution for end-to-end operations management.Who are we looking for?As the Implementation Consultant, you will optimize the implementation process by following and improving upon implementation procedures, including utilization of our CRM (Salesforce) through the process to ensure communication is documented, engaging with customers to consult and ensure implementations are strategically planned based on customer needs, providing onsite and online training on our simPRO suite of products as they align with customer needs, and conducting post-implementations reviews to ensure system optimization and customer satisfaction.What can we offer you?Comprehensive medical, dental, vision packageFlexible and generous time off401k matching (after 6 months of employment)Global and local charitable initiativesFun team camaraderie opportunities and eventsCasual dressOpportunities for growth and developmentHolistic health and wellness benefitsEssential responsibilities and duties:Engage with our clients in order to understand their business processes to meet training needsManage implementations from start to 'go live'A to ensure both timely delivery and that all phases and tasks meet client requirementsProvide onsite, face-to-face, group & online training to various levels of a business to suit differing job rolesEnsure CRM is up-to-date with notes regarding communication with customers Complete frequent travel to customer sites based on a minimum of 17 onsite utilization days per month requirementEngage in weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings with the IC Team Lead to enhance efficiency in communication and trainingAny additional tasks as assigned by your supervisorWork & skills requirements:3+ years of experience in a similar, software implementation role1+ years of experience in a 'Road Warrior'A high travel roleStrong understanding of business workflows and processesStrong conflict management and troubleshooting/problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong negotiation and relationship-building skillsHigh attention to detail regarding documentation and processesAbility to work effectively under pressure and to perform well in a team dynamicAbility to handle multiple priorities and changing schedulesEagerness and enthusiasm to learn Must be able to travel up to 75% Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% and move about the office up to 50% to access files, cupboards and the equipment storage roomMust be able to constantly operate a computer, phone, and other office productivity machineryMust be able to exchange accurate information in all communication with customersHelpful for success:Experience with CRM Salesforce a plusProficient with Google Suite a plusBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceOperational knowledge of the services industry a plusCore values required of all simPRO employees:We Are One Team - No egos, no heroes, just a diverse community of passionate people working to deliver exceptional technology, service and outcomes every day.
