Job Description:

Our client is building out their command center environment to a 24/7. The command center handles the communication of major incidents like country wide outages etc. This team is responsible for the communication between the triage team and the team experiencing the outage. They must be able to work under pressure and maintain high communication between the two parties. This person will NOT be responsible for triaging the incident or providing support, they will just be the liaison between the two teams.
Requirements

  • Technical background in IT support
  • Plus - bilingual in either Portuguese or Spanish
