DescriptionThe Analyst Sr, Business Planning role supports the
integrated operations team in facilitating processes changes,
creating regular reporting and dashboards, and communicating across
all level of the company to ensure strategic cross-functional tasks
and projects are completed successfully. This role will focus on
both short-term challenges that require quick resolution and may
include communication with various stakeholders throughout the
company, all the way to longer-term strategic projects which will
require ongoing support and project management. The role will
frequently put together presentations and analyses ultimately for
leadership which requires strong situational awareness and concise
strategic thinking.Essential Functions
- Provide analysis and reporting on various events, processes,
and data sets. Determine what is critical to report to higher
levels of leadership.
- Provide project management support for key initiatives,
including cross-functional large-scale projects. Projects will
include coordination, timeline management, communication, and
documentation of critical company-wide projects. Ensure alignment
between those on the integrated planning team and any departments
working on related initiatives.
- Communicate with department heads throughout the company to
understand problems (that will typically stretch across several
areas of the company), collect information, and scope out
solutions. Support different departments throughout the company to
achieve cross-functional goals.
- Maintain and create differing dashboards and manage
improvements and changes to those dashboards. Derive trends and
insights from them for regularly requested feedback.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Engineering
preferred.
- 5+ years of related experience; Project management.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word required. Preferred Tableau, SQL
skills.
- Strong analytical skills. Knowledge in process improvement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to think
critically and strategically. Ability to manage or build big and
sometimes ambiguous data sets. Ability to work independently and
