  • Review insurance payments for calculation accuracy
  • Pursue additional payment from insurance plans through telephone or insurance website communication
  • Gain commitment from insurance plans for payment through collection efforts
  • Communicate trends to management
  • Document actions using clear and concise notes according to developed standardsQualifications
    • High School diploma or GED preferred
    • One year of medical insurance experience required
    • High volume call volume experience preferred
      • Previous medical insurance payment follow up experience preferred
      • Virtual employees are required to have high speed wired internet with 25 MB download and 6 MB upload speeds
