Ascendo is actively seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Miami, FL!Excellent organization and benefits! Located in Miami,FL*Duties and Responsibilities: ** Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis* Analyze and report on current financial status and perform projections* Conduct thorough research of historical financial data* Perform monthly financial analysis and complete reporting packages and identify areas of improvement - variance analysis for prior period vs. actuals & budget on revenue, labor, and operating expenses, margin analysis, overhead expenses, headcount, and workforce* Prepare, develop and lead the distribution of monthly key performance indicators (KPI's)* Prepare sales commission payouts* Ensure data integrity in the ERP system* Manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools.* Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Financial reports.* Participate in month-end Close activities, actively working and communicating with accounting teams, and ensuring correctness/accuracy of the reported figures*Qualifications: ** Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience required.* Bachelors' degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field* Strong financial acumen and analytics skills with a high degree of proficiency in data mining and forecasting model development* Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, look-ups, index & match formulas, and ability manage large amounts of data)* Experience in data analysis and visualization techniques and tools* Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts_Ascendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.__Ascendo is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, parental status, military service or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law._Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insurancePhysical setting:* OfficeSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:* Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:* Miami, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:* FP&A: 3 years (Preferred)* Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
