you'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more
than just technology. From rapid deployments to entire
transformations, you'll deliver integrated,payroll,cloud-based HR
and financial management solutions that put organizations on the

As a Workday BenefitsConsultant your primary responsibilities may
- Serve as an escalation point for critical functional
- Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making
related to the functionalsolution
- Architect Workday Benefits solution to ensure that all work
streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered
- Advise clients on industry standardsand leading
- Demonstrate design optionsusingprototyping.
- Understand and apply Workday and
- Provide the Project Manager with status updates andkeep them
apprised of overall project status.
- Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve
- Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best
- Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading
methods and assets

Here's what you need:
- Existing and up to date Workday
- 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr.
Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large
- 2+ years of Workday Implementations, most recently in a
- Experience managing teams of 1+persons
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work
experience. (IfAssociate Degree, must have minimum 6yearsofwork
Bonus points if:
- 3+ years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified
- Desire to broaden your expertise by obtaining Workday
certifications and/or gaining deep expertise in additional
- Thrive in a diverse, fast paced environment.
- Think analytically and can effectively apply logic to solve
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet
deadlines, despite conflicting demands.
Compensation for roles at Accenture varies depending on a wide
array of factors including but not limited to the specific office
location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by
local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation
for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City
or Washington as set forth below andinformation on benefits offered
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
New York City: $78,600-$169,800
