FAMILY.OverviewThe Compensation Analyst conducts complex analyses,
develops, and administers compensation programs aligned to
long-term Human Resources (HR) strategies and business goals.
Serves as liaison with all levels of management within the company
to address compensation concerns.Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct complex analyses, design, and present recommendations
for new or revised compensation programs that attract and retain
employees, meet business goals, and are cost efficient
- Develop communications to proactively educate employees on new
or revised programs
- Responsible for the administration of annual programs such as
focal merit periods or bonus cycles
- Conduct the job analysis and job documentation processes which
includes the creation of job descriptions and establishing proper
FLSA determinations
- Conduct market pricing, perform equity analyses
- Advise on compensation issues to ensure consistency across the
organizations
- Cultivate relationships with the HR Business Partners to
proactively collaborate on compensation related issues and develop
resolutions to address concerns
- Stay abreast of best practices and trends in the workforce,
recommend compensation plan design enhancements to remain
competitive
- Develop and document procedures to streamline processes
- Perform other job-related duties as assignedAdditional Primary
ResponsibilitiesMinimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of experience or
equivalent education and related experience
- Analytical and reporting experience in a Compensation, HR,
Finance, or similar role
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite with a focus on
intermediate or above skill levels for Excel and PowerPoint
programs
- Demonstrated skill proficiency including the following: verbal
and written communication, analytics/problem solving, problem
management, and presentation development with an aptitude to
communicate findings with business leaders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects
simultaneously, timely, and within expected standards
- Preferred to have demonstrated knowledge administering
compensation programs, federal labor law, core HR practices and
principles
- CCP Certification is not required, but candidate must be
willing to pursue CCP certification with company supportPhysical

- Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting
and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse,
and monitor), or mobile device
- Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally
include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and
stooping
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or
