Job DescriptionThis position plays an integral role in assisting
with a variety of corporate HRrelated initiatives, as well as the
year end compensation & equity administration process. The role
will have a dual reporting structure: Director, Equity Planning and
Administration and Manager, Compensation. The Compensation Analyst
is a key contributor within the Global HR department and requires
strong analytical skills, knowledge in design and administration of
compensation programs and expertise in HRrelated systems. The ideal
candidate is an engaged partner to Finance, Legal, Operations, and
Human Resources functions and will possess the ability to work
efficiently, independently in a fastpaced, dynamic
environment.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Annual Compensation and Equity
cycle:
- Assist in the annual year end compensation and equity
administration process, including data gathering, related analysis
and report generation for both internal and external
stakeholders.
- Create, review, validate and communicate individual
compensation statements.
- Coordinate and prepare payroll files and communications.
Gathering data for new equity participants. Assist with preparation
and review of equity administration grant and release files.Review
compensation of internal/external candidates; provide
recommendations on new compensation packages to ensure market
competitiveness and internal alignment.HR System management:
- Maintain Data Integrity.
- Adhoc reports.
- Support with HCM Compensation module implementation,
configuration, documentation, and testing.Assist Equity
Administration team:
- Review monthly reports and other files.
- Gathering data for new equity participants.
- Perform data integrity reviews and gather updated
information.
- Preparation of regulatory filings. Other related
tasks.Participate in a variety of external compensation
benchmarking surveys.Assist in administering, developing and
implementing the annual incentive plans.Identify opportunities to
leverage technology to enhance processes, improve reporting,
analysis and support decision making.Perform other jobrelated
functions as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Education/Major:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or other discipline
directly related to the positionRequired Certifications: CCP or GRP
is preferred but not requiredRequired Years & Area of Professional
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in
Finance, HR, Legal.Critical Professional Related Technical/Computer
Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word,
Outlook, PowerPoint), and Adobe. Experience with HCM is
preferred.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Abilities:
- Possess sensitivity/respect for confidential information.
- Working knowledge in the areas of compensation structures,
bonus/incentive programs, compensation benchmarking, equity
administration and budgeting.
- Diligent in meeting deadlines, well organized, adept at
managing peak workloads.
- Experience with implementation of computer applications and/or
HRrelated systems.
- Detailoriented, with a high degree of accuracy in work product.
Hardworking and the ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- High energy and team player. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills.
- Creative thinker and solutions oriented.
- Selfmotivated with ability to work independently or as part of
a team.Software Experience and Skills:
- Expert level knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, macros, charts,
VLookup and other Excel functions).
- Proficiency in other Microsoft tools.
- Experience with HCM is preferred. Power BI experience is a
plus.
- Proficiency with data querying and

is $70,000 - $80,000. Offers to selected candidates will be made on
a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific
job-related skills and experience.At Carnival, your total rewards
