  • Support Client Program manager service delivery methodologies, capacity planning and prioritization, communication, and coordination
    
  • Single point of contact for Provider for all Viewpoint Platform CoE-related issues to be addressed by Provider
    
  • Tracking the approval from the baselines for the Provider deliverables
    
  • Prepare and submit weekly status reports (WSR)
    
  • Participate in monthly review calls with the Client leadership team and provide feedback on deliverables and service quality

    Responsible for ViewPoint and Smart construction
    
    • 
      
    • product architecture, manage dependencies, feature prioritization, reviews and suggestion for solution Implementation. Key activities include
      
    • Responsible for ViewPoint and Smart construction Product Architecture of specific work streams and the domains within them
      
    • Responsible for product backlog prioritization Functional and Non-Functional
      
    • -Responsible for Vie Point and Smart construction Architecture output from each work stream
      
    • Manage dependencies within and outside of the work stream
      
    • Accountable for Product Quality
      
    • Ensure adoption of reusable components, flag issues and shortfalls
