Job Description:

The Sr. Superintendent is responsible for the overall delivery of Luxury Homes and Condo projects including; overall site safety, scheduling and management of subcontractors and ensuring perfection on projects. Client DetailsOur client is a General Contractor that focuses on Luxury Residential Projects - (Condo's and Single Family Homes) -(Ground Up and Renovation). Description

• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients
• Develop and maintain site logistics plan
• Conduct quality inspections
• Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts
• Monitor costs, including labor time and material
• Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
• Prepare and submit Daily Reports
• Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetingsProfile
  • 15 + years of Luxury Residential Construction experience
  • High-End Finish Experience (Required)
  • Strong experience with luxury projects in Miami Dade County
  • Strong experience with Project Management Software: ProCore, Builder Trend or similar software
  • OSHA-30 Certification preferred
  • Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
  • Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office productJob Offer
