The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The Security Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers. • Answer calls from residents regarding noise complaints
• Handling packages receiving and distributing
• Checking Parking to ensure additional lot vehicles are paid
• Managing elevators for access control
• Call residents before allowing guests into property
• Communicate with front desk when contractors enter property
• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving mannerMinimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21+ years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
