Job Description Job Description Programmer/Analyst Primary Function: Design and create SQL reports to satisfy business needs. Perform SQL programming and scripting for various Microsoft Dynamics AX and business functions and updates. Maintain current knowledge of standard languages; perform maintenance and modifications of programs currently in production; maintain an open line of communication with the end-users. Responsibility: The Programmer/Analyst will report to the Dynamics Project Manager and in his absence to the Information Services Manager. Job Details:

• Design and create SQL reports to satisfy business needs. Such as financial reports, inventory reports, etc.
• Test data and code prior to implementation into production.
• Perform extraction and manipulation of data from disparate formats.
• Perform data migrations as needed for projects and software upgrades.
• Perform maintenance and modifications of existing production programs, to keep them responsive to User needs.
• Maintain an open line of communication to all Users.
• Code programs in the authorized languages and technologies: SQL Reporting Services, Visual Studio, Power BI and other approved languages necessary to meet User and business needs.
• Perform SQL and data update functions, programming, code releases for Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Ensure that you have the ability to work remotely at all times.
• Work with the Dynamics Project Manager to ensure that all modifications are encoded into the newest release.
• Assist the Dynamics Project Manager with all upgrades.
