Job Description:

Kforce has a client seeking an IT Billing Analyst in Miami, FL.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• IT Billing Analyst will review invoices for accuracy including payment terms, PO matching, and assign or confirm GL expense coding
  
• Work within MetaViewer or other software to route and provide accounting details and backup for Senior leadership approval of invoices
  
• Communicate vendor setup in the GL system to receive payments on time
  
• Works with LTS application/product owners and the accounts payable team to ensure payments are made timely to avoid service cut-off, late fees, and ensure early payment discounts deadlines are enforced
  
• Execute invoice disputes with vendors providing all necessary backup and confirming credits are received by client once completed
  
• Analyze and process the LTS team expense reports and ensure client travel policy is followed
  
• Discreet handling of confidential information including salaries and contract terms
  
• As an IT Billing Analyst, you will prepare reports based on overhead spend for utility payments and associate reimbursements
  
• Support and advise the LTS Purchasing team in identifying spend accounting categorization within the procurement system
  
• Chargeback cost allocations for telecom expense accounts
  
• Identify gaps and or redundancies in processes to initiate improvements as the team transitions to modernizing processes
