Analyst Role & Requirements The Analyst will support the senior team in all aspects of the deal process from identification and evaluation of potential investment opportunities to financial analysis, due-diligence, deal structuring and post-investment portfolio management. The Analyst role is a position with the potential for promotion after two years to full time Associate position Compensation is competitive, consisting of a base salary, performance bonus and carried interest* Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• The analyst will be a critical member of transaction team and will support other members across a variety of tasks related to deal analysis and execution
• Provide initial investment review and screening of prospective investment opportunities for the firm as well as tracking of the firm's investment pipeline
• Maintain internal databases of companies and deal flow
• Financial modeling to support potential transaction opportunities
• Assist in preparation and presentation of investment recommendations to the firm's Investment Committee
• Assist in monitoring of active portfolio companies Qualified applicants must possess the following skills and experience:
  • BA or BS candidate for May 2023 graduation. Preference for business or engineering with exceptional academic achievements. Interest in healthcare ecosystem important as this is the sole focus on the fund
  • -Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Extensive financial modeling experience
  • Ability to complete work on short deadlines with high accuracy
