This is an internship where you won't come out empty-handed... or empty-brained.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Will work within the Royal Sales organization and get hands-on experience in applying data-driven models for the largest business channel within Royal Caribbean Group Will be responsible for a summer project consisting of: Requirements gathering Data gathering, manipulation, and modeling Reporting (leveraging best-in-class business intelligence tools) presenting the data to a team of leaders Candidates must be studying in a numbers-driven curriculum, with preference towards Mathematics, Engineering, or Finance and have completed a minimum of their Junior year of undergraduate study Candidates should have good communication skills, a fundamental knowledge of databases (SQL), and strong analytical skills (Mathematics, Excel, etc.) Knowledge of a programming language is preferredQualifications, Knowledge, and Skills: Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor or Graduate Recreation, Sports Management, Entertainment Business, or Liberal Arts related degree program Must be able to commit from May 30th to August 11thth - Internship Program Able to work 40 hours a week Able to work In Office (Miami Florida) from Monday -Thursday / Remote on Fridays Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis A minimum GPA of 3.5 is highly preferred Strong analytical experience Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written)It is the policy of the Company to ensure equal employment and promotion opportunity to qualified candidates without discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, sexuality, gender identity or expression, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
