Description: -We are looking for an IT Production Support
Analyst to support our client based in Miami Dade County,
Florida.US BASED CANDIDATES ONLY. - -This is an on-site or hybrid
position. Candidates must be located in or near Miami, Florida.

an IT Production Support Analyst to support our client, a
government agency based in Miami Dade County, FL. -Job duties
include, but are not limited to:
Act as a support liaison between the
Business Analyst team and market shareholders to communicate
upcoming priorities and releasing of bug defectsSoftware testing
and validation of bug defectsWork closely with the IT Production
Support Manager to ensure that issues are being addressed for
future software enhancement releasesProvide technical support for
several applications in the SDLC and troubleshoots issuesPlanning
and coordinating the resources and capabilities required to design
new or changed servicesPlanning and managing support for incident
management tools and processesEnsuring the consistent design of
appropriate services, service management information systems,
architectures, technology, processes, information and metrics to
meet current and evolving business outcomes and
requirementsCoordinating interfaces between incident management &
service management processes, across projects, suppliers and
service teamsCoordinating interfaces between design coordination,
service transition planning and reporting and other
processesCollaborate with management to improve and customize
reports related to production support -Compensation and Term -This
opportunity is for a full-time, one year contract position with
possible extensions and pay - commensurate with experience up to
$50.07/hour or $104,158 per year. Medical, dental, vision and life
insurance available after 30 days of hire. -Candidates are expected
to work onsite at our client's location. -Qualifications you needA
successful IT Production Support Analyst possesses or provides the
following:
BS/BA in Computer
Sciences/Information systems or 2 - 5 years of equivalent
experience mandatorySupport application releases requiring
execution of Autosys jobs, Unix and database script execution
interfacing with business team/sAssessing technical bulletins to
ensure there will be no impact to the production
environmentExperience with desktop/laptop configurations, network
technologies and securityExperience with Scripting and Coding Tools
(PowerShell, Visual Basic, HTA)Experience with Multilingual User
Interfaces for Microsoft Windows and Office productsExperience with
Virtual Desktop Technologies (VMware)Experience with Multi-Function
Devices/Printers (Xerox/RicohProviding on-call support for
after-hours batch processes*no third parties and no
