  Our multi-family real estate developer and construction company is seeking a skilled estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately estimating costs and determining project budgets for our residential and commercial development projects.
  Responsibilities:
  • Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare detailed estimates of project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.
  • Review and compare bid proposals and negotiate pricing with subcontractors.
  • Prepare and present cost reports, project budgets, and other financial analyses to management and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of estimates, contracts, and change orders.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze costs and make recommendations for cost-saving measures. Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in estimating for multi-family
