Impound Clerk/Dispatcher

The Impound Clerk/Dispatcher is responsible for monitoring and maintaining records pertaining to work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information organized and easily accessible for supervisor. You will also be taking calls from our clients and helping to dispatch our drivers to service our clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide customer service excellence with every call.
• Ability to Answer multiple phone calls in a busy setting.
• Providing customers with pricing information
• Process customer payments
• Directing and assisting drivers
• Collect Customer documents
• Release and maintain inventory records
  • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
    • Reliable, strong customer service and professional demeanor
    • Ability to answer multiple phone calls in a busy setting.
    • Ability to communicate, read and write in English.
    • Accurate data entry
    • Works well under pressure.
    • Computer literate
    • Acceptable background check and drug screening
    • Dispatch experience a plus

        Physical Requirements
        The job requires lifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, significant bending and reaching, climbing. significant physical strength and stamina. Ability to lift and pull at least 50 lbs. good hearing and vision are required.
