Job Title: ELE Master Technician
Department: ELE Shop
Reports to: Shop Manager

Overview of Responsibilities: The Electrical Master Technician is
responsible for the disassembly, inspect, repair, and overhaul,
modifications and reassembly of Electrical Mechanical aircraft
components. Technicians perform routine, non-routine and
preventative maintenance on all parts of the aircraft according to
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Silver Wings
Aerospace.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform work assignments as determined by the shop management.
Ensures that all work is performed in accordance with approved
technical data, to customer supplications and regulatory
requirements.
Uses appropriate inspection techniques, and calibrated equipment
for the unit/part being accomplished.
Utilizes the proper test equipment or suitable alternative and
perform s preventative as needed.
Records information and accomplishes the work assignment in
compliance with the Inspection Procedures Manual and Quality
Policies and Procedures.
Assist Department Manager and Engineers with new capability
development of repairs received Maintain open two-way communication
with Manager and team mates appropriately sharing both good and bad
news
Provide timely quotes of units.
Maintain personal and shop calibrated tools is satisfactory
operational condition.
Comply with all safety directive and maintain a clean and safe work
environment.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings.
Must be able to work as a Supportive mentor to Tech I & II, helping
with training and knowledge
Assist manager with duties as required.

Must be able to provide your own tools. Tool box provided.
Work overtime as required by production requirements without
notice.
Must be capable of using standard tools to include, but not limited
to; screwdrivers, wrenches, ratchets and sockets, torque drivers
and wrenches, multi-meters, soldering irons, micrometers, calipers,
bore gauges, flow meters, psi gauges, temperature measurement,
safety wire pliers, or any other tool required for a particular
maintenance function.
Experience in aircraft manufacturing, installation, and
repair/overhaul of aircraft components. Familiar with aircraft
specifications as applied to final and in-process inspections.
Working knowledge of Federal Aircraft Regulations (FAR).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, Standard Repair
Manuals (SRM), & component maintenance manuals (CMM).

Education and Experience Requirements:
5 years of experience in the Aerospace field required .
Must read and write the English language.
Must be able to work as a Supportive mentor to Tech I & II, helping
with training and knowledge
Experience in industry with mechanical aptitude
Ability to troubleshoot most if not all problems in our processes
and equipment.
Flexibility to work beyond 40 hours/week as required.
Represents strong familiarity to MRO production processes.
Computer skills Windows skills mandatory
Quantum computer program skills.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and
technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability
to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers,
regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability
to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to
prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present
information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of
directors.
Mathematical Skills:
High Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as
probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane
and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such
as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical
situations.
Reasoning Skills:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw
valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of
technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal
with several abstract and concrete variables.

Protective Equipment Required:
Goggles, safety glasses, face shields, ear protection, aprons,
gloves, respirators, breathing equipment per safety data sheet
which will be provided by company.
