Summary:
This job is primarily responsible for assisting the accounting team with administrative and clerical duties.
Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Use of computers for various applications, i.e., bookkeeping, spreadsheets and other software applications for processing transactions, research and other related tasks.
• Enter daily and monthly general ledger transactions accurately and timely.
• Correspond with vendors and customers in normal course or business.
• Generate a variety of reports and statements, analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts as assigned.
• Support company personnel with any assigned accounting and clerical tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Other duties, as assigned. Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in an office environment preferred.
  • Highly proficient with Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
