• Milestone Bonus ProgramJob DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Senior Estimator-Multifamily to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily construction, garden-style projects, and estimating. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough and accurate cost estimates for multifamily construction projects, including garden-style developments.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met and budgets are adhered to.
  • Analyze and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other technical documents to determine project requirements and scope.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality materials.
  • Prepare and present detailed project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and budget throughout the construction process, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior estimators and other team members.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in multifamily construction and estimating.
    • Strong knowledge of garden-style developments and related construction techniques.
    • Proficiency in estimating software and other relevant tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
