We have an Excellent career opportunity for a Senior Engineer (Transportation) to join a leading Company located in the West Palm Beach, FL surrounding area. We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer in our West Palm Beach, FL office (hybrid). Responsibilities :

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate detailed design phases of engineering projects
• Obtain, negotiate, and deliver projects successfully in the public-sector transportation market
• Manage and take responsibility for technical work content produced by co-workers
• Prepare proposals and reports
• Develop presentations to prospective clients and project stakeholders, including responding to questions from internal and external audiences
• Facilitate collaborative teams, including informal mentorship of junior-level staff Basic Hiring Criteria :
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of technical experience in transportation design
  • Professional Engineering license required Desired Qualifications :
    • FDOT experience preferred
    • Proficiency with planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating design phases of transportation projects
    • Proficiency with Bentley OpenRoads, MicroStation, GEOPAK, 3D corridor modeling
    • Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products
    • Experience with client interaction, with demonstrated success in client relationships and client development -
    • Proficient verbal and written communication skills -
    • Positive, energetic, and cooperative attitude with customers and internal staff -
