Job Title: Senior Business Systems AnalystLocation: Miami, FL (Remote 25% Travel)Duration: 6 MonthsWork Authorization: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the USJob Description: Write complex Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and convert BRDs into Functional application specifications, high level designs, and technical documentation Documentation should be appropriate for agile and waterfall System Development Methodologies (Epic / Features / User Stories) using modern tools Azure Devops and others Jira etc. Work closely with key business sponsors in mapping and documenting core business processes, identifying opportunities for improvements, and translating these into value added BRDs Analyze user interface designs whenever necessary to ensure they meet business and usability requirements Perform gap analysis, defect identification and tracking, and manage issues and risks to closure Work closely with key business sponsors in mapping and documenting core business processes, identifying opportunities for improvements, and translating these into value added BRDs Communicate effectively and persuasively with business clients, management, and peers throughout a project's full lifecycle Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure the software development process meets business needs Work closely with project managers or perform the role of the project manager and demonstrate understanding of the software development lifecycle, quality assurance, and project planning disciplines Participate on high level designs and assist in documenting NFR Take into consideration security and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) technologies in data warehouse and application integration development when writing requirements, specifications, high level designsSkillset / Experience: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems/ MIS or related field 5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role with a specialization in IT or software lifecycle applications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, software analysis, and exposure interface design Financial Systems Background a plus Axure, Modern Requirements, Azure DevOps, Jira, PL/SQL, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, MS Power Point Strong experience with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum Software Development methodologies Knowledgeable in statistical analysis and the Business Intelligence tools Prior experience in application integration and data warehouse environments Highly effective oral and written communication, a customer-service orientation, the ability to work in a team environment, accepting guidance, and following directions The candidate should demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, sense of urgency, assertiveness, quality focused, initiative, self-starter, willingness to accept new assignments and excellent follow-upOur benefits package includes: Comprehensive medical benefits Competitive pay, 401(k) Retirement plan and much more!About INSPYR Solutions:As a leading information technology partner, we connect top IT talent with our clients to provide innovative business solutions through our IT Staffing, Professional Services, and Infrastructure Solutions divisions.
