• Projects in Florida!Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our dynamic team.Responsibilities:As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for:1. Directing and coordinating all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.2. Ensuring all construction activities comply with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.3. Reviewing and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications, and providing guidance to the construction team.4. Developing and maintaining construction schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.5. Overseeing materials management, ensuring the availability of necessary resources and the efficient use of materials.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for the Construction Superintendent position should possess the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in ground up big box experience. IE Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart etc.2. Proven experience in project management, scheduling, and quality control.3.
