VIP Support TechnicianCoconut Grove, United States of AmericaProvide day-to-day white glove support to VIPs on all local and remote IT issues. Candidate must possess exemplary customer service skillset and be able to respond to customer questions in a polite and precise manner. Candidate will be required to multi-task, manage time effectively, and follow through with all assignments. Candidate must also possess strong and demonstrable commitment to personal accountability and responsibility through prior job roles. - Ability to analyze data/trends and produce and present reports in insightful and meaningful formats is required.Responsibilities:Support VIP members with all technical issuesManage, maintain & support inventory of Executive devices (Laptops, mobile devices, peripherals)Facilitate on-boarding and off-boarding of Senior Executives and Executive AssistantsSupport meetings, video conference-based events, and Board functionsEnsure proper operation of all on-site meeting room equipmentAnalytics and report processing on Daily/Monthly/Weekly intervalsSupport VIP meetings, events, and Board functionsSupport VIP mobile devices (iOS & Android)Must be able to walk frequently and lift up to 50 lbs.Years of Experience: 5-10+ years in IT and supporting technologiesLanguage requirements: English; Spanish fluency is a plus but not requiredTechnical Knowledge requiredAdvanced Windows desktop supportMicrosoft Windows 10Microsoft Office SuiteMicrosoft Exchange & Office365Video Conferencing (Cisco Webex, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)MDM experience, Intune preferredApple iOS & Android device supportActive Directory & AzureFamiliar with ITIL and ITSM processesFamiliarity supporting Macintosh laptops/desktops a plusPrinter support & troubleshootingFamiliarity with Networking; Cisco certifications or work experience a plus but not requiredProject Management a plusDiversity & EEO Statements: At Santander, we value and respect differences in our workforce and strive to increase the diversity of our teams.
