Job Description:
Position Summary
The web designer is responsible for the development, deployment and
maintenance of e-marketing activities including email design,
testing and deployment, website design, testing and maintenance,
SEO across product lines.
Responsibilities:
? Designing, testing and deployment marketing emails across product
lines
? Developing, maintaining and updating new and existing
websites
? SEO
? Creating banner ads and other web-related graphic design
needs
? Adhering to web design best practices and staying on top of new
trends and technologies
? Collaborating with marketing managers to produce innovative,
compelling and profitable creative work
Qualifications:
? 3-5 years work experience.
? Responsive design
? Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS
? Understanding of web design best practices
? Willingness to stay on top of new trends and technologies
? Willingness to bring new ideas to the table and advise according
to best practices
? Understanding of HTML email restrictions and best practices
? Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver and InDesign
? Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
? Wordpress or other CMS
? Experience with SEO and analytics
? Working knowledge of JavaScript
? Working knowledge of PHP, ASP, ASP.Net
? Flash
? Video editing and compression
? Marketing automation software, Pardot experience preferred
? SalesForce.com or other CRM

? Marketing managers
? Event producers
