Job DescriptionAs a eCommerce Sales Manager, the role will be responsible for growing the E-Commerce business and charged with achieving aggressive profit and sales goals via the internet channel. This position will be responsible for selecting and managing third party vendors, overseeing ROI impact to the business and success assessment.The eCommerce Manager is a self-starter who is a creative problem solver, thrives under pressure, enjoys fast-paced work and is motivated by success.ProfilePrimary Duties & Responsibilities* Responsible to oversee the daily management of US site with focus on driving E-Commerce sales.* Be the go to person for all E-Commerce activities like V2C and external E-Commerce platforms.* Design retention and re-activation strategies to maximize site traffic, sales demand and customer base. Support the Marketing Manager to develop multi-channel marketing strategies (e-mail, social, direct mail) for customer lifecycle, on-boarding , growth and retention programs* Potentialize Traffic and conversion KPIs and maximize ROI of all ecommerce activities* Understanding on how to connect online marketing initiatives to tangible business results.* Development and execution of online customer acquisitions. Optimize customer onboarding experience, implement loyalty and win back campaigns.* Conversion activities to turn prospects into customers and customers into high value customers.* Create a customer segmentation designing behavioral triggers, market research analyzing and reporting on delivery and providing post campaign analysis* Work closely with the US team and Global HQ to execute digital marketing plan consistent with the brand image.* Support web site management, including but not limited to, working with IT to build new site enhancements, launching promotions, product placement with categories, inventory integrity and cross sell accuracies.* Oversee the tracking and analysis of marketing programs to ensure Brand is constantly learning and improving their marketing tactics and spending.* Analyze and report e-shop and competition's e-marketing activities and create and maintain reports and dashboards as requested by US Brand Manager.* Partner with the US Marketing Manager to ensure consistent brand image across all channels* Handle the E-Commerce Operations that technical and day-to-day task and responsibilities are properly taken care of and implemented. Handle the execution from managing set-up of the categories to product presentation within a page* Create A/B testing approach and effective campaign measurement methodology.* Optimize future campaigns with data driven insights on customer interactions across channels* Stay current with industry trends and best practices* Monitor customer comments and customer satisfactionDigital & Wholesale Responsibilities* Manage digital media agencies (SEA, social, display, CTV) from a more strategic approach* Work directly in Brightedge to help improve and implement SEO strategies that impact the brand on a global level* Work with Promoboxx to implement and launch new retailer campaigns and manage RSM/store engagement* Launch new email marketing program through Emarsys and provide ongoing maintenance of email platform as well as weekly campaign creations* Strategic planning and advertising support for Youtube advertisements* Work with key accounts such as Amazon to provide business digital support from the setup to working with the ad agency on digital advertising* Affiliate marketing support* Manage chat platform as well as local team to maximize online support/customer service provided to the end consumerProfessional RequirementsJob Requirements* BA in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience required.* 5 plus years in retail direct marketing and expertise in the on-line retail industry preferred. Global luxury brand retail experience preferred.* Proven track record of increasing revenue and profit within a retail direct marketing environment.* Proven ability to work effectively cross functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service, IT and Global HQ to drive marketing initiatives forward.* Creativity in maximizing tight budgets and limited resources will be instrumental to your success.* A hands-on self-starter, with a can-do positive attitude, willing to roll up their sleeves to do whatever it takes to get the job done, and a strong work ethic will also be essential.* This role requires a good blend of analytical skills and technical knowledge.* Excellent computer skills.
