We're rapidly expanding and we need great people to join our team.Working with the National Sales Growth Leadership, the Senior Director of Sales Operations interface with the Human Resources, Training, Compensation, Data Analytics, Call Center and other team members to ensure that the sales organization has the right people, advanced sales support systems, national call center team, leading compensation plans to ensure retention of qualified and productive team members.Primary Roles and Responsibilities:In addition, in conjunction with the Vice President of Operations Growth, this person will work with the sales organization at all levels to ensure that corporate strategic goals are met, including, but not limited to new membership targets, broker/agent engagement, sales channel/partner development, call center operational performance, accurate sales CRM reporting and commission processing. This person will also build out sales policies and procedures, identifying best practices and improving sales effectiveness and efficiency.Most notably this person will:Work with Sales Directors and ChenMed's captive sales force and Market Presidents to ensure annual new membership goals are met.Work with Market Presidents and lead ChenMed's efforts to set-up a fully-commissioned, exclusive, market-based, salesforce for both current and new centers.Lead point of contact with Salesforce team to ensure the sales operating system is used correctly, correct reports are available so that the sales and leadership can utilize the system to help grow and retain membership.Work with the Vice President of Operations Growth to develop and deploy various compensation plans which motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.Responsible for call center operational support, including new campaign deployment, workforce management, call center capacity planning, call center reporting and advanced operational effectiveness, especially during high volume sales periods (ie: AEP).Sales operational resource for Division sales leaders - with critical focus on sales funnel leading activities, effectiveness and performance on monthly basis.Generate meaningful and real time reporting for sales - both internal (MGC) and D2C channel.Establish and maintain relationships with strategic contacts at partner organizations to coordinate. sales efforts and effectiveness, and address any issues that arise in a timely manner.Develop standards, policies, and procedures.ID & Implement best practices.Monitor & optimize sales performance.Lead Salesforce and data analytic enhancements, including recommending new technologies and system improvements.Other duties as assigned and modified at VP, Operations Growth discretion.We're ChenMed and we're transforming healthcare for seniors and changing America's healthcare for the better. Join our team who make a difference in people's lives every single day.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or a closely related disciplineA minimum of 8 years' progressive work experience in a sales and/or sales force management/leadership role required; in healthcare, a health network, managed care or related sector strongly preferredExperience directly managing a sales team, operations team, building out marketing and sales plans and/or sales CRM system experience.Operation experience that is sales driven and data supportedSalesforce and/or CRM experience strongly preferredUnderstanding of Medicare Advantage ProgramsExperience leading sales operations teamsExperience overseeing sales events, including implementation and facilitation desiredExperience with Value Based Care provider preferredADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:High business acumen and insightDemonstrated ability to build long-term and sustainable relationships and business partnerships with clients at all levelsProven history of superior sales results, sales operational support and sales management aptitudeExcellent presentation, written and oral communication skillsMust possess a high-level of integrity and strong work ethic with the flexibility and tenacity to thrive in a fast-paced, everchanging environmentResults-driven with a proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve resultsExceptional customer/client focus with a commitment to first class customer service; energized initiative; excellent technical capacity and performance management knowledge and skillsHighly analytical; metric and data driven proficienciesDemonstrated leadership, client management, project management and sales operational support experience.Resourceful, self-directed, team player who demonstrates sound business judgmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus a variety of other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail and presentation softwareAbility and willingness to travel locally, regionally and nationally up to 40% of the timeSpoken and written fluency in EnglishBilingual a plusWorking with the National Sales Growth Leadership, the Senior Director of Sales Operations interface with the Human Resources, Training, Compensation, Data Analytics, Call Center and other team members to ensure that the sales organization has the right people, advanced sales support systems, national call center team, leading compensation plans to ensure retention of qualified and productive team members.
