Position Requirements

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail. A passion to achieve or exceed your goals
  • Club Software knowledge required Club Ready preferred
  • Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 5 hours throughout the workday
  • Must be able to network/ideate to generate situations of lead and membership acquisition and retention
  • Genuine service mentality: Customer service experience required
  • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email. Spanish a plus.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Must have proficient computer skills

  • Detail oriented to stay on top of tasks, billing, processing, bookings, lead follow up & member retention
  • Positive attitude

    Responsibilities
    • Manage up to studio manager.
    • Generate Organic leads and drive them thru sales funnel to sign them as members.
    • Work and follow through all studio lead task to convert to members.
    • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes
    • Manage billing, processing, bookings and proactively ensure there are no past dues
    • Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio
    • Handling members concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
    • Develop first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and putting both members and guests in touch with the appropriate resources.
    • Update member contact and billing information
    • Enforce Studio Policies
    • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individuals needs and wants
    • Present available services to current or prospective members
    • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
    • Ensure studio is clean and tidy
    • Clean & set up for class and after class
    • Other duties as assigned

      Physical Demands for Sales Associates
      • Continuous standing and walking during work hours.
      • Continuous talking in person or on the phone during during work hours.
      • Must be able to move fitness equipment to set up classes: dumbbell, boxes, resistance bands, balls
