Using AI, video and text chat analytics, Riff provides instructors and students with real-time insights on their behaviors that contribute to better engagement and collaboration.

Riff partners with enterprise clients to provide real time data and analytics for the workplace, focusing on upskilling, soft skill development, and leadership.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive to drive expansion of enterprise and higher education accounts for Esme Learning and Riff Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop account plans to ensure revenue target delivery for sustainable growth
  • Partner with key businesses to provide value to their organization using our products
  • Develop deep expert level product knowledge of Esme's portfolio
  • Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive business plan to address customer and prospects priorities and pain points
  • Demand Generation, Pipeline and Opportunity Management
  • Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
  • Drive complex sales cycles orchestrating internal resources of pre-sales, proposals, contacts, inside sales, marketing and sales support

    Requirements
    • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud products and solutions within enterprise accounts
    • Ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a proven track record in meeting and/or exceeding annual quotas
    • Strong relationships in enterprise sales / higher education space where you can call on your existing network
    • Proven record of prospecting and closing new clients including: cold calling, lead generation, list building, etc.
    • Proven experience working with cross functionally to maximize selling opportunities
    • Ability to travel 10%
    • Previous experience selling to higher education institutions is not required but a bonus
    • Must be tech savvy and have good working knowledge of Google Workspace, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and the aptitude to learn addition tools as the role requires
    • Comfortable working within all levels of an organization including C-suite
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start up environment, being able to quickly adapt to new circumstances as they arise
